1. Minimum Hold Amount: The minimum hold amount for any transaction is Rs. 100. Please ensure that your account balance meets this requirement before initiating any transaction.

2. Withdrawal Time: Withdrawals from your account are only permitted between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM Any withdrawal requests made outside of this time frame will be processed during the next available business hours.
